This document outlines the operational, customer, employee, and platform policies of Food Side, a food delivery and ordering platform operated by Bollineni Ventures.

These policies are effective immediately and apply to all users, vendors, employees, and partners associated with Food Side.

Food Side is a food ordering, transportation, logistics, and highway pickup platform operated by Bollineni Ventures. The platform ecosystem includes a User Mobile App, User Website, Restaurant Panel, Rider App, Collection Center Panel, Van App, Delivery Point Panel, and Admin Panel. Orders flow from customers to restaurants, then to riders, collection centers, vans, delivery points, and finally to customers through secure OTP verification.

Customer Service Policy

Food Side is committed to providing reliable and timely customer support. Customer queries and complaints will be addressed through official support channels within reasonable timelines.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will only be processed in cases of failed transactions, cancelled orders, duplicate payments, or valid customer complaints approved by the Company. Orders may not be cancelled once preparation begins.

Delivery Policy

Delivery partners must ensure timely and safe delivery of orders. Estimated delivery timelines may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.

Vendor Partnership Policy

All restaurant and vendor partners must comply with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and legal licensing requirements applicable under Indian law.

Privacy and Data Protection Policy

Food Side collects and stores user data solely for operational and service purposes. User information will not be sold or misused and will be protected using appropriate security measures.

Employee Conduct Policy

Employees and representatives of Bollineni Ventures are expected to maintain professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct while representing the Company.

Anti-Fraud Policy

Any fraudulent activities, fake orders, payment manipulation, or misuse of promotional offers may result in suspension or permanent termination of accounts.

Payment Policy

Payments may be accepted through UPI, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, wallets, and cash on delivery where applicable.

Food Safety Policy

Food quality and hygiene are monitored through vendor compliance standards. Vendors are responsible for maintaining food safety certifications and proper handling procedures.

Platform Usage Policy

Users shall not misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or interfere with platform operations.

Promotional and Offer Policy

Discounts, promotional codes, and offers are subject to validity periods and specific terms decided by the Company.

Intellectual Property Policy

All logos, branding, designs, software, and platform content associated with Food Side are owned by Bollineni Ventures and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Compliance Policy

Food Side and its partners shall comply with all applicable Indian laws, food regulations, taxation laws, and digital payment regulations.

Modification Policy

Bollineni Ventures reserves the right to modify company policies at any time based on operational, legal, or regulatory requirements.

Users, vendors, and partners may contact Food Side through official communication channels for support, grievances, or legal matters.

Platform Ecosystem and Operations Policy

Food Side operates an integrated food ordering and logistics ecosystem consisting of a User Mobile Application, User Website, Restaurant Panel, Rider Application, Collection Center Panel, Van Application, Delivery Point Panel, and Admin Management Panel. Customers place orders through the Food Side App or Website, which are automatically assigned to the selected restaurant. Restaurants prepare orders and assign them for pickup. Riders collect prepared orders and transport them to designated Collection Centers. Collection Centers verify, sort, and consolidate orders before dispatching them through authorized vans. Vans transport bulk orders to designated Delivery Points. Delivery Point operators verify customer OTPs and release orders to the correct customers. All activities are monitored and managed through the Admin Panel.

Admin Management Policy

The Food Side Admin Panel serves as the central management system for platform operations. Administrators may manage users, restaurants, riders, collection centers, vans, delivery points, payments, commissions, reports, disputes, support requests, and platform compliance activities.

User App and Website Policy

Customers may access Food Side services through the mobile application and website. Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, delivery point selections, payment details, and order requirements. Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

Restaurant Partner Policy

Restaurant partners are responsible for accepting orders, preparing food according to quality standards, maintaining hygiene, updating menu information, and ensuring orders are ready for rider pickup within expected timelines.

Rider Operations Policy

Riders are responsible for collecting orders from restaurants, verifying order details, maintaining food safety during transportation, and delivering orders to the assigned Collection Center. Riders must comply with traffic laws and company guidelines.

Collection Center Policy

Collection Centers are responsible for receiving rider deliveries, verifying order information, sorting and consolidating orders, maintaining operational records, and preparing orders for dispatch through authorized transport vans.

Van Transportation Policy

Authorized vans are responsible for transporting consolidated orders from Collection Centers to designated Delivery Points. Van operators must ensure safe handling, accurate order transfers, and timely transportation according to operational schedules.

Delivery Point Operations Policy

Delivery Point operators are responsible for receiving orders from transport vans, verifying order records, storing orders appropriately, and releasing orders only after successful OTP verification from the customer.

OTP Verification and Order Collection Policy

Customers must present the valid OTP generated by the Food Side platform to collect their orders. Orders will only be handed over after successful OTP verification. Food Side shall not be liable for orders collected using correctly verified OTP credentials.

Logistics Tracking and Monitoring Policy

Food Side may track and monitor order movement across restaurants, riders, collection centers, vans, and delivery points to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, security, dispute resolution, and service quality improvement.

Food Side Platform Ecosystem and Operations Policy

Food Side is an integrated food ordering, logistics, transportation, and customer pickup platform operated by Bollineni Ventures. The platform consists of a User Mobile Application, User Website, Restaurant Panel, Rider Application, Collection Center Panel, Van Application, Delivery Point Panel, and Admin Management Panel. Customers place food orders through the Food Side Mobile App or Website. The order is automatically assigned to the selected restaurant through the Restaurant Panel for preparation. Once the order is prepared, an assigned Rider collects the order from the restaurant and transports it to the designated Collection Center. The Collection Center verifies, sorts, and consolidates multiple orders before assigning them for transportation through authorized Vans. Vans transport bulk orders from Collection Centers to designated Delivery Points based on operational routes. Delivery Point operators receive and verify incoming orders and notify customers regarding order availability. Customers collect their orders from the Delivery Point after successful OTP verification generated by the Food Side platform. The Admin Management Panel oversees and monitors all operations including users, restaurants, riders, collection centers, vans, delivery points, orders, payments, reports, customer support, dispute resolution, compliance, and logistics tracking. Food Side may track and record operational activities across all panels and applications to ensure service quality, security, transparency, and operational efficiency. All users, restaurant partners, riders, collection center operators, van operators, delivery point operators, and administrators are required to comply with Food Side policies, operational standards, and applicable laws.
